Cars are boring, try walking.
You can see the dogs sniffing the grass,
You can see the cars rushing past,
You can see leaves sway in the breeze a photo from georgia and charlie
You can even see your shadow waving at you.

Walking makes you fit, keep on doing it.
Feel your heart pumpin the blood faster,
Feel your muscles and bones grow stronger
Feel the air fill up your lungs.
When you exercise, it keeps you alive.

When you want to feel the heat,
Get on your feet and hit the street.
Hear the whirr and tremble of the hedge-cutters,
Listen to the screams and laughter of babies in prams,
Listen to dogs barking as they lurk down the lanes,
The whistle of wild wind, the hush of the breeze.

Got nothing to do, walking is good for you.
You can smell fresh green grass and blood-red roses,
The perfume of pretty people pushing past,
The smell of sizzling bacon attracting you to the van,
Fish and chips frizzling in the fryer.
If you can smell tarmac steaming, cars fuming, chimneys smoking, builders talking
Then you’ll agree that cars are boring and you’ll start walking.
