Ner-a-Cars were motorcycles designed in America and produced under licence in Britain by Sheffield Simplex. The motorcycle became a favourite of the fashionable and youthful elite of the 1920s. The motorcycle appealed to the upper classes and particularly lady motorists because of the enclosed design. It earned many celebrity endorsements.
